Inactivate customers

We have thousands of customers that are inactive and would like a way to either not view them, mark them as inactive, or just not sync them over from Dynamics CRM.

Thank you for your feedback. We released this feature as part of the functionality in Dynamics 365 Sales Integration. 

Integration Table Mappings page contains column Integration Table Filters. Clicking on this column will open filters applied when synchronizing customers (accounts) from D365 Sales to Business Central. Default filter for customer state is set to Active, which means only Active customers are synchronized.

To disable blocked Business Central customers from being synchronized, enter 'VERSION(1) SORTING(No.) WHERE(Blocked=FILTER(' '))' in Table Filter column in Integration Table Mapping page for CUSTOMER mapping.
