Change the Ribbon over Quotes once they are Activated, so Activities and any other kind of Custom Activity can be edited at that stage. Currently the Ribbon gets disabled, blocking us from directly adding new and editing existing Activities and Custom Activities. But if we go to the Activities or Custom Activities main screen, nothing block us from tracking them to an Activated Quote. So, apparently there�s no Business Process in standard CRM blocking that usage.
