Scenario:
In the Payment Journal there are two Lines, one for each Vendor. User generates Remittance Advice for both specifying that is should be sent via email. The system does send the Remittance advice to Vendor 1 (Line 1), but shows an error message that an email address is missing for Vendor 2 (Line 2).

As the result, the "Cheque Printed" Field is set to "NO" on BOTH Lines.

The user goes and fixes the email address for Vendor 2; however, to proceed (and generate EFT file) the user needs to send the Remittance Advice to BOTH Vendors - this means that Vendor 1 is going to receive 2 Remittance Advice which is incorrect.

SOLUTION: The "Cheque Printed" Field must be set to "YES" to all the Vendors who did not have an error message. Additionally, rename the Field "Cheque Printed" to just "Printed" because this Field is used not only for Cheques, but also for EFTs.

WORKAROUND: As a work around, a User can delete the Line for Vendor 1 > send the Remittance Advice to Vendor 2 upon correcting the email address > use the "Suggest Vendor Payment" function to show Vendor 1 again > select "PDF" for the Remittance Advice > etc. This is, however, a WAY TOO CUMBERSOME.
