Please could the template used for the internal assessor's meeting request be changed to add clarity to the interview request?
It would be very helpful to have the candidate name in the subject, as well as the assessor name to make it clear. Currently the subject is generic to the role being interviewed for so the same for every interview slot.
When interviewing several candidates it then becomes unclear which meeting request is for what candidate, and what stage of interview.
It is currently necessary to drill into the detail of the meeting request to find the candidate name and link to resume. At a minimum could these be higher up in the notes please?
So to summarise - to aid clarity please enable the tool to insert the candidate and assessor name into the meeting request subject.
