Within a University environment, Ellucian Banner is the main ERP system, built on top of Oracle databases.

However, because the Oracle connector does not currently support OUT parameters, this does not allow Universities to fully use the Oracle connector (for example, in our instance, we have had to create our own version, hosted locally, which does do everything we need).

Ideally, this would all be supported by the built in connector.
