CUSTOMER BALANCE LIST FILTER SHOULD BE IMPROVED


Initial set up: Enable the credit management feature from the feature management workspace


Navigate to Credit and Collections module --- >> Inquiries and reports --- >> Customer balance list report


Ran the report with the parameters set above


Used the filter button to modify the query.


Add a new query line and select the customer group in the field column.


In the criteria field, select a customer group that is not in this list e.g.: 50,60


**Expected Result**


It is expected that the report should not retrieve any data as there are no customer groups: 50 and 60.


**Actual Result**


The report retrieves data from different customers in different customer groups but not the 50 and 60 (which do not exist)
