Add a subscribe option to receive email notification regarding version updates (success and failures), features (i.e. email, SMS etc.). We have a number of clients who have requested this information and at this point in time there is not a streamline way to receive/gather this information.

Specifically relating to version updates, currently we have to manually go into each environment to verify the version status. This is very time consuming with multiple clients with a number of environments. An extremely beneficial feature would be a notification of when a version update has failed for an environment with the reason for the failure.
