That's a good idea because in some cases this customer requirement involves a development when in other points of the application is something native.
I hope that MS assesses the request.

Maybe also a consideration to step away from using SMTP at all and introduce a Microsoft Graph implementation for sending e-mails from Business Central. Due to security considerations I see customers currently stepping away from using e-mail in Business Central because the current implementation uses the SMTP protocol.

On top of that, it is annoying to get these banners suggesting that there is now a "better way", only to be recycled right back where you started because there was actually, not a better way.
