I am the end user of Microsoft Business Central.
My company migrated to Business Central on 28th Nov, Monday.
On Friday, to my surprise, everyone who has access to the system can read the company Bank Account balance and the Chart of Account. What went wrong?
Is this Microsoft Business Central product issues or the implementation issues?
Hello Team,
These points are valid one to consider for Product enhancement and very much required. Otherwise, every time we have to depend on the developers to provide/share Customer Voice Project access for new users.
If we share direct owner access for end users without any access control mechanism, then it is a very big threat. Because end users also can do anything (create, modify & delete survey forms) for survey/feedback forms within that Project & these forms will be delivered to Customer Stakeholders to provide CSAT.
Agreed. We have scenarios where, for example, all agents may be at lunch. They are all busy. It is too small a scenario to use Operating Hours. Currently customer would wait up to 1 hour for agents to return and be available and there is no way to indicate a special message that they should just create a case instead.
