Call Declare Start Amount form through code
Currently the API DeclareStartingAmountClientRequest will try to post a 'declare start amount' behind the scenes. It will not show the form/UI and let the user enter in the amount. Please provide an API that can be called that will show the form.

Manager privilege extension

Content-Security-Policy extensibility
As a devlopers we need a possibility to extend Content-Security-Policies in order to properly utilize the Card Not Present scenarios directly in POS.
More robust LinesGrid Subfield extensions
We think it would be great if we could add more then just text values in subfields in the transaction screen. We would like to implement more complex features like buttons and nested expandable lists in the grid. (similar to the Add Serial in the Enhanced Serial Validation).
