Inactive Segments Should Freeze Member List
Currently, making a segment inactive isn't very helpful. Other than helping keep the Active Segments view clean, it doesn't have a lot of value. It would be very helpful if inactive segments would freeze the member list at the point in time it was made inactive.

Fields names in Live segments

At this moment the segment name only allows straight name (could not have space or any special character). Flexible naming is useful in searching the segment.
