Hi Mark, Thank you for your feedback.

There is no direct relationship between a Skill/characteristic and Ratings of a Proficiency/Rating model. Could you please provide little more context around your scenario here?

Sincerely,

Vinay Nalam,

Provide filters for organization units to be shown on the map view

Currently the system shows all organziation units of e.g. whole Europe.

What if I only need to see those which are related to my country, territory or business unit?

Provide more flexibility on schedule board resource icons, map icons, tool tips and color-coding

Today we have resource images for contacts and users, on the map pin and truck icons. Suggestion: Provide resource images for all resource types. Consider the new image field type instead of the entity image if that adds value. Instead of map and truck pin, provide more flexibility on icon and...

Nightshift calendars visulize the schedule board from 8:00 until 17:00

It should be possible to show only the schedule board from 8:00 until 17:00 for planners that specifically do the planning for night shifts. When I now try to configure this the system says it is not possible because the start date should be bigger than the end date.

Thank you for your feedback.

The Schedule Board (Field Service -> Schedule Board) and Schedule Assistant  (Work Order -> Book) behave differently based on the scenario you are trying to accomplish. The view on the Schedule Board is remembered and is presented with the same view when accessed the next time. however, when using Schedule Assistant, the duration/Search Start/Search End fields on the Requirement/Work Order determines the View (Hours/Days/Weeks/Months).

I hope that answers your question.

Sincerely,

Vinay,

PM, Microsoft.
