Allow to create Product Master with version specific product dimension group when ECM is Enabled.
Below Error is coming while creating New Release Product with Product Sub type Product Master.

It is intended that version dimension does not work with standard product masters, but must be used when combined with engineering change management. This is so that the version dimension and behavior is intended for change management, and it is engineering change management what gives it that meaningful behavior, using logic and other forms not available for the standard product dimensions. Therefore, that is why it cannot be used just with standard product masters.

Importing through data entity "Released products V2"
Unnecessary field "CostCalculationBomLevel" as it doesn't allow the user to edit the field and that may lead to confusion for the user, it should be removed or be edited not restrict the action upon it.
