Need ability to setup Business Closures by Organizational Unit or Legal Entity. This feature will be useful to setup local holidays specific to a country or region if the Project Operations installation spans across multiple country/region resources.

Project Quotation - Indirect costs
Indirects costs should be active on project quotation to get correct costs, totals and effort. You now have deviation on costs on Project Quotation and Project Forecasts after lines are transferred from project quotation.

Could please elaborate a little bit more about the implications you are expecting for the business closure day? Is it only for definition of non-business days during task scheduling of tasks or does it go beyond that?
Could please also detail why the current set up of non working days in the calendar from the work hour template associated to the project does not fullfil this need?
