Need to be able to migrate email attachments from one environment to another
Need an out-of-box way to be able to migrate email attachments (with links to the corresponding email message) from one instance to another.
Gmail folder-level tracking
Users can configure folder-level tracking for Outlook or Exchange. However, in case of Gmail, users can track only emails in inbox. Please add folder-level tracking for Gmail to track emails in subfolders as well.
Assigning sender of the Email as owner while server side sync is On
- It is illogical to randomly select any receipent from the list and assigning as owner in CRM.

Track emails from shared mailboxes using Dynamics 365 APP for outlook
Shared mailboxes cannot be tracked using Dynamics 365 App for Outlook.
You can track emails sent to mailboxes for which the user has delegate permissions, but not from shared mailboxes.
Therefore, having this feature will increase convenience for many users.
