Enable "Add Products Function" at Quotes and Sales Orders (similar to Opportunities)
With the new release, a good function was provided. It allows to create several opportunity lines in one step, it's called add products. It would be very good to have this option at quotes and sales orders as well. Some of our customers don't use opportunities, but start with sales orders.

Business rule should not work in an active quote.
Currently business rule are working although the quote is active. So sometimes users get an error because due to the data protection law they can not edit active quotes.
So I suggest that the business rules do not work when the offer is active.
