Ability to add more than one email address in Batch Job Alerts
The ability to change the email address in the Alerts form rather than only being the user scheduling the job. Currently, we have to create a service account with a special email address and it is rather cumbersome. In addition, would be great if we could add more than one email address.
Enable Modified By and Created By on all tables

Set Startup Type of SQL Agent to Automatic on Tier1 Sandboxes
It would be a good idea to set the startup type of the SQL-Agent service to automatic to be able to do jobs on a regular schedule. As it's set to manual, created jobs will not run after a reboot of the server and can be overseen.
