It would be excellent to have the possibility of creating global variables which can be accessed from any topic. For example, if I ask the customer for the email, know in all the topics which is the client's email without having to ask again

Configure and publish Bots with Portals

This is a simple idea - Is to allow the Bots to be configured and published onto Dynamics 365 Portals. It will be very useful for the ability to have Bots work with Portals.

Allow an expression to be used in a link in the Bot output

When adding a link to the Bot output allow an expression to be used as the url or part of the url. Ideally present the a friendly link to the user with the href full url hidden.

Export and import bot

I am missing functionality that would allow me to export my configured bot from one environment to import it in another (customer or production). Also, that could be used for backup purposes as well as for creation of community gallery of bots.

Multi-channel support like Azure Bot Service (Bot Framework)

Currently, we are having multiple channels support if the bot is built using Bot Framework. If we can have the similar option over here that'd surely boost up Virtual Agent.
