"Manager absence calendar" page is defaulting the Legal Entity, which means Managers can't see the calendars of direct reports in other legal entities. Can we please remove that default and make calendars of direct reports visible independent of the legal entity the managers is signed into?
Ability to set a maximum leave accrual amount in the leave plan
It will be really useful to have the ability to add a maximum leave accrual amount in the leave plan accrual schedule fast tab. With this organisation that do not require an unlimited accrual can set the accrual rate as well as the maximum accrual amount.

Create a parameter to show a legend on the leave calendar

Show reason code description in teams chat bot time off request
Currently in the teams chat bot preview when requesting time off only the reason code is shown. It would improve user experience to show reason code description as the code does not describe the action and will not be clear to the user which code to use in a request.

Leave Balance Reset to Fixed Value at end of Accrual Period
A leave type which resets to a fixed number of days every month with no carry-over of remaining balance.
