Allow working time calendars to have enrollment start and end dates
When assigning an employee a working time calendar, include enrollment dates. This would provide a history of when the employee was enrolled in specific calendars.
Ability to track absence in hours/days on Absence Plan/Type level
Ability to track absence in hours or days to be available on Absence plan/type level rather than on Legal entity level if there is a requirement to track some absence plans in hours and some in days.
Employees should not be able to apply for leave after their enrollment in the leave plan is expired
The current design of the system is allowing employees to apply for their leave plan in the future even though their enrollment ends before the request date. This shouldn't be allowed since employees are unable to see the enrollment end date of any of their leave plans and hence, can assume that...

Leave and absence actuals updated automatically from Timesheet transactions
Actually there is no link between the absence timesheet categories posted and the leave and absence current balance. It means that the time-off request is the only actual that is calculated in this balance and the real absence posted in Timesheet has no impact to the employee balance!
