Ability to add new fixed compensation entries against previous positions

Currently it's only possible to add fixed compensation entries against current positions, the ability to add against previous positions for HR teams would be beneficial instead of having to access it through the excel workbook designer to add where entries are missed for example

D365 Finance & Operations | Compensation | Possibility to create multiple future fixed compensation actions

Currently, it is only possbible to create one future compensation action entry for an employee. In many cases it is required to create more than one future compensation action. It shouldn't be restricted to only one future compensation action.

Add Adjusted pay rate fasttab to variable compensation

For the fixed compensation there is a fasttab (on the worker's fixed compensation) adjusted pay rate that allows to work with different currencies. This tab is missing on the variable compensation for a worker. It would be very convenient to have the same functionality over here.

Give the Option to give One-Time Payments to individual employees (covid benefit payment)

Due to covid-19 the need to give "one-off" payments to individual employees (multiple times a year) and record them with their fixed salary is needed urgently.


e.g.

Dynamics 365 Human resources pay increase rejected or not available tracking

Wish there is an option to easily identify, inquiry, sort, or view pay increases rejected by reason code, evaluations, or other.


Not tracking pay increases rejected or not available, user may not easily identify for potential back pays.
