Proper sync between copied appointment on Outlook and Dynamics 365 (online)

The customer uses Dynamics 365 for Outlook. When copying appointments on Outlook, records with [Set Regarding] are duplicated. Therefore, the sync issue occurs. It would be much better if the Outlook feature put a great deal of thoughts into copying appointments.

Properly display menu on Dynamics 365 for Microsoft Outlook App

On Outlook client, open Dynamics 365 App, click the D365 icon, the displayed menu is corrupted. After modifying it by using [Ctrl + mouse wheel], the menu is properly displayed. It would be much better if the menu is correctly displayed without modifying it by [Ctrl + mouse wheel].

Dynamics 365 App: Convert Email to Case

Please add the ability to convert an email into a case. You can currently create a new case using the app, but having the ability to track the email and auto populate fields from the email in a single click to create a case would be a logical step.

Outlook App allow "resolve to existing" for unmatched email addresses

The 8.2 and 9.0 Outlook apps notify the user "Create contact first to avoid duplicates" when an email address does not exist in CRM. Currently the Outlook app allows you to add a *new* contact/lead. Would also like the option to resolve the email address to an *existing* contact/lead record.
