Recruiter should be notified when Hiring manager or candidate accepts the meeting request

It is not possible for recruiter to log in the talent every time to check for the updates. They deal with 100 of applicants in a single day for different jobs. Therefore its a good idea for them to receive a notification whenever hiring manager or candidate accept or reject the meeting request.

Candidate Availability

Is there a way to at least give a time frame for the interview request. Many times the candidate would be availble in the morning but not afternoon. It would be great to be able to have the candidate see a time range, or at least respond with a time frame that would work for them

Ability to Edit Notes or Add Additional Notes

I just finished screening a candidate who had previously rescheduled. In the Screen page, I entered a note that he rescheduled. I've not completed the rescheduled screening and cannot edit or add to my notes.

The name Reject is being seen as quite a harsh word within the application, particularly as we are dealing with human resources. Can you consider renaming the word reject.
