Add option in Focused View to select which of the Leads' numbers is called
When opening Lead records in Focused View, a call can be made using the left-side menu to a specific lead.

For the users having user level privilege, they should get notified that the Lead Owner has been updated successfully, when they assign the Lead to another user - currently the system only shows "Access Is Denied" error message and user does not know that Lead Owner has been updated.
