Employee termination should disable the associated user access
When an employee is terminated, the system should disable the related user access if that worker is associated with a user record. Perhaps there are situations where those individuals would need to retain access though their employment has been terminated, so maybe a prompt would be ideal.

Edit button on address section greys out when adding new address, then cancelling
HR > Workers > Employees
When opening the empoyee record in read mode and selecting add then cancel, the edit button on addresses is greyed out. To fix this, a soft refresh on the employee record fixes this.
