Employee when get terminated the leave balance is not getting corrected as of employment end date.

When the accrual policy on enrollment is selected as prorated basis and if the employee is leaving the organization in the middle of the month(15th of March) the system is calculating leaves for whole month instead of 15days.

Leave balance should get deducted from the last year balance

If an employee is taking leave from Dec 26 to Dec 31 and when he submits his leave request in the portal on Jan 3rd, it should get deducted from the last year balance instead of current year as the leave belongs to the last year.

Leave and absence actuals updated automatically from Timesheet transactions

Actually there is no link between the absence timesheet categories posted and the leave and absence current balance. It means that the time-off request is the only actual that is calculated in this balance and the real absence posted in Timesheet has no impact to the employee balance!
