Shipment Method and Shipping Agent Fields for Service Shipment Header

The Fields Shipment Method Code, Shipping Agent and Shipping Agent Service Codes are currently on the Service Order but not on Service Shipment Header. This would be useful for Service Shipment Report.

TO SEND SERVICE QUOTES AND SERVICE ORDERS BY E-MAIL FROM BC

It would be very helpful to be able to send service quotes and service orders by e-mail from BC to the clients directly as we can do with the service invoices registered.

Timesheets - link calendar information into timesheets in BC

Take the information from Microsoft Outlook calendar into timesheets to provide a time saving method of adding detail. User would still have to assign task to the relevant job codes. This would save a lot of work each week for task everyone hates.
