Timeline - User setting - Sort on created date

The timeline is a very nice feature but the lack of not being able to sort on created date instead of last modify forces our users quite often to other list views. Phone number field with logic

Phone number field with no logic (text field) leads to bad data. Possibility is to show the number format already what should be written in. Time Zone field is associated to a numeric value and can only be filtered in the views trough codes and not by text

In the Time Zone fields the end user cannot filter records putting timezone text (e.g: "(GMT-08:00)" or "Pacific Time"). Automatically goecode addressess - lacking functionalities

There is an action in field service than can be used for automatically geocode addresses. Why cant it be called by work flows? I can see that it exists in the system, but I cant see it from a workflow. We raised a ticket for this but no conclusion or reason was found, but not possible.
