MS CRM - We can define multiple stages. Under each stage, there could be multiple steps. We have configured this.

We further need to add substages under each stage.

Currently when we create an activity on an account either child or parent in the hierarchy. The activity is getting showed on its top hierarchy or its parent account's timeline. But when we create an activity on opportunity the activity is visible on timeline of deal and its primary account only but not on its parent account and above the hierarchy
