Optionally include pending requests in balances

Balance Adj. Correction for Leavers
As soon as we add an end date to a worker, his/her balance should be corrected accordingly. To be fair, I don't understand why that isn't done already when the accrual policy is set to prorated at unenrollment.

Carry Forward Amount not taking FTE into account
When a user sets an employee’s full-time equivalent to 0.73 or any other figure less than 1 and leave balance is accrued for the employee, the carry forward amount does not take the FTE into account. An option to use FTE on carry forward need to be added.

Integration of absences to other modules

Display Half Day and Split Day leave requests on Enhanced Calendar views

Enable view of leave balances from Employee Interface after Employee has been terminated
When an employee is terminated, the leave balances are no longer viewable to HR / System Admin. Enable view of leave balances from Leave > View time off, on the Employee Interface ribbon after Employee has been terminated.
