Having the possibility to delete completely emails/phones from POS
At the moment there are no possibilities to delete customer(new/existing) details from POS like emails or phone numbers if their customers are requesting for this information not to be kept, and the Partner needs to be GDPR compliant.

Currently, the placeholders do not include loyalty programs in commerce related emails. Customer needs to have loyalty fields - Loyalty card, balance, earned / redeemed values on order confirmation. These fileds should be included in the standard email placeholders.
