Teams option within appointment pane
Hi I'd like to see the option to create a Teams appointment from within Dynamics. Currently you can create an appointment, and set a physical location, but it needs a Teams toggle. Olly

option not to convert the lead to opportunity when it is qualified
This request is based on case# 113070410564152 reported by CEC.
Currently a lead is automatically converted to account, contact and opportunity when we qualify the lead.
The customer would like to choose whether or not to convert it to opportunity.

lead qualification process
Ability to customize the lead qualification process such as not creating an opportunity if the lead = a specific lead type or not creating a contact if the lead first and last name fields are blank.
