Default Font of Email Activities

option not to convert the lead to opportunity when it is qualified

This request is based on case# 113070410564152 reported by CEC.

Currently a lead is automatically converted to account, contact and opportunity when we qualify the lead.
The customer would like to choose whether or not to convert it to opportunity.

lead qualification process

in addition to Word, it is required to have a PDF export version of the quote, or order.
