CDS entity for Professional Certificates
Professional certificates should be exposed to CDS and added to the standard integration template. Business scenario: Data about professional certificates will be stored in D365HR, but other third party systems will use this data for delegating various work assignments based on these certificates.

Synchronization of hierarchies from HR to FO

Seniority Date needs to be part of worker integration
Most other fields are available as part of the worker integration, but seniority date is not in the CDS. Seniority date is used to calculate PTO accrual in finance and needs to be available for the integration.

This functionality is available with the release of virtual entities for Human Resources in Common Data Service, which is available in the 2020 release wave 2 for Human Resources. The mshr_hcmworkerpostaladdressv2entity virtual entity includes worker addresses that are not owned by the worker.

Worker address - all purposes should be synchronized
As of now, only addresses of type/purpose "Home", "Business", "shipping" and "other" are synchronized from HR to CDS. However, there are other address purposes which are often used for an employee, for instance "permanent residence" - which sounds to many clients as the relevant one to determine ...
Thank you for the feedback! Based on the suggestion, we believe this feature is already available for Dynamics 365 Human Resources. Virtual entities in Common Data Service for Human Resources made hundreds of new data entities available in Common Data Service with full CRUD operations against the entities. Restrictions on address purpose are not included in virtual entities. For example, the Worker post addresses V2 (mshr_hcmworkerpostaladdressv2entity) virtual entity will provide the full list of worker addresses. These entities can be used to get the additional address information not provided through the native CDS entities for Human Resources.

Adding do CDS seniority date and terms of employment
There are missing information in CDS : seniority date and terms of employment. We need it for the integration with 3rd party system . Could you please add it.
This feature has been released in preview with virtual entities for Human Resources in Common Data Service. The two requested properties are available in the mshr_hcmemploymenttermentity and mshr_hcmemployeeentity entities. Leave and absence bank transactions entity in CDS
It would be great if the Leave and Absence Bank Transactions entity is available in CDS so it can be integrated with F&O.
