Change default from "next 30 days" to "All" for open activity view in accounts and contacts

The default filter for the view "open activities" in the account and contact forms is set to "next 30 days", which is very confusing for our users. I am not able to change the default filter criteria to "All".

This has been implemented. It is set to all by default and the user has options to change to other values if needed. Hence closing the idea.

Playbooks for all entities, especially for the custom entities can be achieved through the Sequences functionality.  Sequences help sales managers enforce best practices by introducing a set of consecutive activities for sellers to follow during the course of their day. A manager can connect sequences to entities that appear in a seller's work queue, to help sellers prioritize activities to focus on selling, be more productive, and better align to business processes. CRM- Email customisation (rich text editor for emails)

What it is not possible to select more than 8 fonts in CRM email template ? Why cant we get access to all fonts saved on machine ? like Notepad ?

We are suggested to use mail merge and use Word, but what if we dont want to spend money on MS Office ?
