No option to add a "New activity" under 'Open or Closed Activity associated view"


Users from the online organization cannot add activities from Open or Closed Activity Associated View on closed records(Leads, Cases and Opportunity), The users are but able to add activities from "Social Pane" for the same record.

Better error text for unresolved email recipients in CRM 2013

? User opens a new email form.
? Chooses a recipient that is already existing in CRM from the lookup.

Create an activity (such as a phone call) for a record directly from a View

When working with leads or opportunities, it would be really useful to be able to create and record a phone call against a lead directly from a View (such as My Leads).

Mark Complete button does not appear on ribbon for Advanced Finds for Phone Calls, Appointments and Tasks

To increase the length(rows) of the Email body description on the Email activity form

In CRM 2015 by default the email body shows 8 rows, this limits the end user from displaying large amount of data in the body. The user has to scroll once considerable amount of data is entered.

We would suggest to increase the number of rows from 15-20 approximately.

Email template should populate the correct values, when email is has user record in To or CC.

When an email is being sent with global template and if the email has user record listed under 'To' or 'CC' field, email template gets the values of incorrect record.
