Web API should be able to submit a StateCode when creating an entity

The StateCode is not valid for creating activities (and probably other entities).

 

In order to create completed activities you must issue a PATCH after creating. This has significant performance implications in import scenarios (millions of activities).

Entities like Pricelists and Pricelist Items should be available for Phones and Tablets

In order to improve the tools for travelling sales persons, the access to Pricelists and Pricelist items should be available on Phones and Tablets. We would like these entities to be visible, but read-only.

Inconsistent behavior in application when receiving emails in Rich Text Format

When receiving email with rich Text content in MS CRM. Some content and content references are getting lost.
Primarily we have noticed when in coming email is a rich text format email, sometimes images in mail body (inline images) are getting lost.

manually type time field. CRM 2016

unable to manually type the time field, it must be selected from the drop down list. it would great to manually over write the time field in CRM2016 - this option was working in the pervious versions, however not working in CRM 2016

Email body editor formatting issues in IE

When email text from Outlook is copied into CRM email body field, it adds extra lines than expected. Only IE has the issue. Chrome and Firefox behaves fine.

Confusing view of activity attendees on forms

Activity parties shown on form (To field of phone call or email; attendees fields of appointment etc.) are displayed with bigger space between first name and last name of every attendee than the spaces between whole attendees are.

Phone number doesn't map automatically to phone entity

Include the custom entity under the look up field for the phone call activity

When you click on look up field for the phone call activity under the To field look up it has only four out of box entities listed. Customer wants that customized entities should be also included under the under the look up field for the phone call activity under the To field look up.
