The control has the "Notes" tab that should be configurable (hide) if we don't use it as to not confuse users.

Font in Email Templates
Hi,
Font in Email templates is a nightmare for users.
When you insert a email template we see that the spacing is an issue and sometime the font becomes bold.
This is after upgrading from CRM 4 to CRM 2011.

Filter on TIMELINE (Created by Me)
We would like to see filter to see my touches (post, notes, activity, ...) as we have multiple teams touching one account. The timeline is getting very congested, and users need to see their touches only.

Ability to customize the fields displayed in the chart drilldown
Currently, the unused fields are displayed in drill down. It sometimes takes some time to find the high priority fields as well. It would be greatly improved if users can customize them without changing the name of the field displayed in the drill down.

UCI - Displaying the entities on tab instead of displaying them under [Related] tab drop-down list
Some entities are on [Related] drop-down list on UCI. The ability to display those entities on tab would be very convenient and saving time if those entities can be displayed on tab.
Unable to track BCC emails in Activities
Currently, BCC emails does not create an email record in Dynamics 365 (Online).
This is very inconvenient....
Integrate Planner with Dynamics CRM Online
It would be great to have Planner Integrated with Dynamics CRM Online (and on-prem if possible). Suggested methods could include:
1) Use the current "Task" Activity type and link it with Planner

Thanks for the feedback, we are considering adding more configurability to Social Pane in future where you can hide different types of entities, customize the view of the results and quick create forms as well as add custom buttons.
