production order printed documents.. timing not right.

Typical business process for production order is to check shortages, when no shortages, release the order. the release step should produce all the paperwork.

But in AX we only get the route card. The picking list we have to print separately.

Calendar optimization - Automatic update holidays on work calendar

It'd be much efficient to have an option to automatically update the holidays in the working calendars instead of manually updating it day by day.


This will eliminate any human error.

Issues with rounding when decimal precision of 4 is used on BOM line and released qty = qty of on-hand

Raw material retrieval to line

In the process industry we often see, that the raw-matarial consumption various due to yield and mixed dosing between raw material line A and B. It means that during production, the shopfloor worker, realized that he/she needs more raw-material of item A, to fulfill the production quantity.
