manager should be able to ask new job possition via ESS

If manager need find new employee, he should have opportunity to send request to HR via ESS, that he need occupy new job possition. HR or recruiter than create new job in attract and start hiring.

Approve / Calculate forms in Time and attendance module should query current data

When a user opens Approve or Calculate forms, they require the system to open in current period (Year - week) instead of openings always the same period. This will allow the customer to avoid entry mistakes by having to select the proper period to enter information.
