Approve / Calculate forms in Time and attendance module should query current data
When a user opens Approve or Calculate forms, they require the system to open in current period (Year - week) instead of openings always the same period. This will allow the customer to avoid entry mistakes by having to select the proper period to enter information.

Human resources employee and manager self-service option for work item request
Future including the option to easily request for work item requirements (e.g. supplies, advices, etc...) might be potentially helpful. Not having the option to easily access work item requests or advices, user might potentially be limited to current site. In the future including a team member...
You can currently view workflow work items assigned to you by clicking on the Work items assigned to me tiles in Employee self service. See documentation here. If this is not your feature request, please enter a new Idea with additional details.
