Termination with penalty

When companies terminate a lease early, they will face a penalty.
Can we include penalty option in the termination proposal?

Asset lease payment schedule - multi select
Hi,
In the asset leasing module - payment schedule form - one can select one record only e.g. to create a journal.
Multi select is currently not allowed.
Would be great if you could add this capability.

Once you create a journal in the schedules forms of an asset lease, the selection jumps back to the first line of the payment, depreciation, etc.

Currently System is not calculating GST and Withholding tax in Asset leasing Invoice journals. But as per Indian taxation, Asset leasing Invoice journals should have the functionality to calculate GST as well as withholding tax.
