"Group by" settings need to be saved and made part of Views, Collapsed should be default

"Group by" settings need to be saved and made part of Views so these details can be shared across users/roles.

The default Group by state should be Collapsed should when the view is shown with an option to Collapse All or Expand All.

It is time consuming to need to re-create Group ...

Grouped columns are saved to views for forms/grids with large view selectors (i.e. forms that allow queries to be saved to views). My understanding of this idea is to extend that to any grid in the system.

Enable filtering data directly in the grid (Like in Ax2009 or 2012)

At the moment you can only filter data in tables by using an advanced filter.

Or you can filter the row by declaring in which way you want to filter.

Add fields to screen using advanced filter

I can add tables in an advanced filter and can sort or filter by the fields in the other tables. If I could only show the fields on the grid it would solve many many problems.

The ability to give users personalizations but not let them alter those personalizations is included in the (preview) Saved views feature. With views, users without personalization rights are able to access the views that have been given to them or published to them. Note that view support does not currently cover all forms; workspace support will be added in the future. 

In reference to the comment below, the "Personalize this form" action is directly tied to a user's ability to personalize. If the user cannot personalize, they will not see that button. The Personalization page allows an administrator to control personalizations rights per user globally and per form.
