Include Teams Dialer in Mobile App
We would like to see the Teams Dialer integrated in the mobile Dynamics 365 sales app.
Include the Business Card Scanner on the forms launched via the "Add" button of the Navigation bar.
Currently, to scan a business card for a new Contact or Lead, the user must go to the "More" button, select an entity, tap the "Add" button in the upper right corner, and then select the proper entity again to open the quick create form which includes the business card scanner.
Address details appointment need to be displayed in first view
It requires too many clicks to get to the location details of an appointment. Our sales managers should be able to view this as soon as the open the appointment.

Siri to activate Dynamics to enable phone calls to be made and tasks to be recorded by voice
It would be great if my mobile sales team would be able to voice activate the dynamics app to either make phone calls, record notes etc. Using the system only makes it better, but without 'on the go' options for roving sales people, the admin does not happen, and therefore the system does not ...
Make Email Templates available before saving the email
Currently you are not able to access the email templates until after you have saved an email. This is confusing for users and does not match generally accepted emailing protocols. The insert signature and Insert Template options should be available before saving the record
