Change Outlook Category Label to "Tracked to Dynamics 365 (Unsuccessful)"
Right now the label is "Tracked to Dynamics 365 (Undeliverable)". The use of the word "Undeliverable" causes a person to think the item was not sent. If the word was changed to "Not Tracked" or "Untrackable" or "Unsuccessful" this would convey a clearer message.
