To stop tracking e-mail

I'd like to stop tracking of e-mail records.

 

If I track e-mail items once from Outlook, I can no longer stop tracking after that.

The only way to stop tracking e-mails is to delete all tracked e-mail records which are related to the tracking e-mail record.

Show App pane in new emails when the app is already pinned

When I pin the app in my inbox (Windows client), the App pane is shown even if I open the email in a new window.

This is NOT the case when I create a new email.

My wish is that the App pane is also shown for new emails when the app is pinned in my email folders.
