Ability to require identification for personal contacts
There are some cases where identification is required for personal contacts. For example, the SSN may be required for personal contacts on benefit plans. A parameter or a report of personal contacts and identifications (available or missing) would be useful for tracking this information.

Dynamics 365 Human resources job position family reference plans
Wish we future feature the option to include job position family references plans. Not featuring job positions references plans referenced by family members, we may potentially not be encouraging team natural skills development or natural-organic growth.

Add display field based on condition
In some scenario, We add custom fields when it satisfy some condition. In Worker Position Assignments, when Primary Position value is "Yes", Assignment end is "Never", add a description field in Employee form.
Thank you for your suggestion. The functionality that you are requesting would need to be a platform level feature. This is the same team that provides custom fields, saved views etc. Please create an idea in the Dynamics 365 Cross Apps - User experience group.

Thank you for your suggestion. After careful consideration, we’ve decided not to proceed with this functionality at this time. This is because the maximum hours across time zones is 26 hours. Therefore, even if setting the start time to 12:00:00 the date could still be displayed differently across time zones. There is another idea that is similar to what you are looking for I think: Replace all datetime registration (Employment, positions, ...) with "date only registration".
