Edit button on address section greys out when adding new address, then cancelling

When opening the empoyee record in read mode and selecting add then cancel, the edit button on addresses is greyed out. To fix this, a soft refresh on the employee record fixes this.

Add last name suffix to personal contacts
The last name suffix should be added to personal contacts because there are several cases where a father and son may share the same name, for instance. It is available on the party and worker record, but not for their personal contact person record.
