Add entity "Worker personal contact person" to Dataverse

The Data Management entity "Worker personal contact person" holds data about the employee's spouse and children. This is missing in Dataverse. It can be accessed as a virtual entity in Dataverse. But changes in virtual entities cannot be used as trigger in flows. Please add the entity to Dataverse.

Employee termination should disable the associated user access

When an employee is terminated, the system should disable the related user access if that worker is associated with a user record. Perhaps there are situations where those individuals would need to retain access though their employment has been terminated, so maybe a prompt would be ideal.

People match when hiring new employees/contractors

When you hire a new employee and you type in the first and last name it returns with matches if both are the same. However if you make 1 typo no matches are found. Or even when a person has changed names, he doesn't find any matches anymore. Would be great if the algorithm would be more flexib...

Personnel action completion warning

When you start an action with personnel actions enabled and you save and move away from the workspace it is lost, it does not go into a draft state. It would be nice if there was a warning to remind you to click on complete or your changes would be discarded.
