Retail periodic discount on canceled quantities
When you cancel delivery remainder in Call center sales order this does not update retail discounts. It looks like retail pricing considers only ordered quantities and not delivery remainder. Some customers need to track quantity ordered versus quantity delivered. He or she does not delete quanti...
By default, prices and discounts on sales lines are calculated based on ordered quantity and are locked after order creation. Using call center client or POS application, you can remove price lock, update ordered quantity, and trigger a recalculation of the edited sales order. Would this be an alternative approach to achieve your desired behavior? - Boyce Zhu, Principal Product Manager, Dynamics 365 Commerce

Thanks for your feature suggestion! We will monitor the votes and feedback here to determine its consideration / prioritization on our future roadmap. Meanwhile, for your information that Commerce has a setting "Distribute discounts for least expensive discounts" to determine whether the pricing engine should distribute discount proportionally across all sales lines participating in the discount. The drawback, however, is that for B1G1 type scenarios, you will not see any free product on the transaction but both items will show the reduced price. Does this work for your needs?

Thank you for your feedback! Commerce pricing engine splits lines as needed during price calculation in order to apply certain discounts (such as, quantity-based, or mix and match) that result in different prices on the split lines. Improvement is introduced in 10.0.28 release that whenever the pricing engine splits a line, the engine would look for any matching line in the cart / order and attempt to aggregate identical lines instead of always creating a new line. This improved logic will be applied to omnichannel transactions including store, online and call center. Please consider upgrading to 10.0.28+ to uptake the enhancements. - Boyce Zhu, Principal Product Manager for Dynamics 365 Commerce

We'll keep monitoring the feedback and votes here to determine its consideration and prioritization on our future roadmap. - Boyce Zhu, Principal Product Manager for Dynamics 365 Commerce
