Possibility to delete a field mapping
Field mappings in managed table relationships should be possible to delete if wanted.
For if you do not want the Topic/Name of an Opportunity to populate a related Invoice, you should be able to delete that field mapping.
This is not possible by design today.

In the Sales Hub navigation panel, select App Settings.

Under General Settings, select Opportunity pipeline view.

In the Manage charts section, edit Deal tracker.
- Manage Tooltip fields
This is setting is availble for admins, please reach out to your org administrator to configure which fields you want in the tooltip.
